Now that you know how to Paper Piece..... Have you ever wanted to learn just one block and then decide how you want to use it?  Sometimes you see a pattern you like but not the project or the colors.  Why make a queen size quilt when you're only interested in a table runner!  How about learning several different blocks and then decide which to combine for a project or your own sampler?  What about Color?  Want to feel more confident about choosing or combing colors?  My new classes may be for

On the second Monday of every month I will be teaching a new Paper Pieced block.  Some blocks will include a new technique to add to your knowledge base.  Several of the blocks might be highlighted by adding sashing or placing on point in a project, while others are meant to be sewn together to make a secondary pattern where they join at the corners.  All patterns are originals, designed by me, have 4 square or 8 trianagle segments and have a finished size of 12"x 12".

During the 3 hour class we will discuss possible uses, and utilize my favorite design tool, a quilting mirror, to visualize different blockk arrangements.  Then you'll cut fabric and sew at least one segment of the block after a demonstration.  The blocks are complicated looking, buit not difficult to make.  You must know the basic of Paper Piecing.
